Encrypt a Document

No Need to register just click and get started ...

How To

Step #1: Click on the Office button.
Step #2: Select Prepare from the menu.
Step #3: Select Encrypt Document from the list of preparation options displayed.
Step #4: Enter the password into the Encrypt Document dialog box.
Step #5: Click on OK.
Step #6: Re-enter the password.
Step #7: Click on OK.
Result: The file is encrypted, and you will need to enter the password each time you try to open the presentation.

Office -> Prepare -> Encrypt Document

This option is used to give your presentation password protection for added security. Record your password and keep it in a safe place, because if you it you will not be able to open the file again. Note that Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation passwords are case sensitive.
